Let's clear up the confusion on the title: 'Streaming Girl' refers to an internet streamer, not a girl who betrays others. As for the 'secret account,' it refers to that private, burner social media profile we all have—the one where we vent our frustrations or indulge in niche hobbies we would never dare share on our main feed.

Our protagonists are the members of 'Rag Drops,' an idol band led by their vocalist, Neon. Life takes a turn for the worse when an anonymous tip drops the band into a massive scandal. Just as things look bleak, their smartphones begin to glow, dragging them into a dimension constructed from the very toxicity and malice of social media.

The gameplay is split into two distinct parts. First, you have the dungeon exploration phase, where you must fend off monsters born from these secret accounts to reach the culprit lurking in the depths. Then, there is the adventure (ADV) segment, where the girls must deduce which one of them is the malicious account holder and subject them to a public execution.
