The new Boosting World server is particularly juicy, offering 1+2 level-up perks and a heap of growth benefits. Honestly, it is the perfect moment for complete newcomers to dive in. For all you fresh recruits looking to get a taste of the action during this 7th-anniversary bash, I have put together some essential tips to keep you from feeling lost.

Q. Just landed in Blade & Soul Revolution. Where do I even start?
A. Let the auto-progression feature handle the heavy lifting while you soak in the main questline.

Blade & Soul Revolution has been around for seven years, which means the amount of content is staggering. Trying to learn everything at once is a recipe for a headache. There is a time and place for everything, so let us focus on the main quest first. While you would normally need to grind levels to keep up with the story, the Boosting World’s 1+2 level-up buff handles that grind for you. Stick to the main quest, and you will hit the necessary level threshold to explore the wider world of Blade & Soul Revolution naturally.

To make your life easier, use the 'Auto-Quest Progression' feature. Just tap the scroll icon next to your quest list, and the game will handle the rest. Word of advice: try not to enable the 'Skip Story Cutscenes' option in the settings. Blade & Soul Revolution has some genuinely gorgeous cinematics, and keeping them on makes the story experience much more immersive.

You can also just tap the quest name to move manually, but the auto-progression tool is a different beast. It skips through dialogue at lightning speed and chain-executes tasks without you lifting a finger. If the auto-progression suddenly halts, check your inventory; if your slots or weight limit are maxed out, the system will put its foot down.

Q. My weight limit keeps halting my auto-progression. What gives?
A. Head to the 'Convenience/Etc - Bag/Warehouse' tab in the shop to grab weight capacity expansions.

If you have been hoarding healing potions out of fear of dying, you might actually be killing your own progress by hitting the weight limit. Pop open the shop menu, head to the 'Convenience/Etc - Bag/Warehouse' tab, and take a look. You will find weight expansion tickets for Sinseok, but keep scrolling, and you will find versions that cost Silver. Some have level requirements, so check back as you grow.

The shop is full of useful bits you can buy with Silver. Keep an eye on the Summoning tabs, as many items refresh daily or weekly. It is a great way to put all that extra Silver you earn from Boosting server events and quests to good use.

Q. I finished Act 1 and now I am staring at the Faction selection screen. Which one do I pick?
A. Think about which Clan you might want to join, and choose based on that.

Once you clear Act 1, Chapter 27, you will hit a wall in the 'Call of the Two Factions' quest. This is where you choose your path: 'Murim Alliance' or 'Hunchon Sect'. For a newcomer, it might seem daunting, but it really boils down to your personal preference. Aside from the uniforms, the difference is mostly about who you fight alongside and who you face on the battlefield.

The factions are marked by population status, as seen in the image above. If a faction is too lopsided, the game will prevent you from joining the dominant side to keep things balanced. Otherwise, the population gap is usually manageable, so do not overthink it.

If you are still stuck, look for a Clan first. Navigate to 'Rankings - Clan Rankings' in the menu. While early-game rankings are not the be-all and end-all, you can tap on Clans to see their member count and read their descriptions to get a feel for their vibe. Once you find a crew you like, join their faction and send in an application.
