The indie game and culture festival 'BeaverRocks 2025' has officially wrapped up, drawing roughly 15,000 visitors—a 50% increase compared to last year.

Smilegate Future Lab Foundation confirmed that the fourth iteration of BeaverRocks was a resounding success. This year’s theme, 'RGB' (the primary colours of light), served as the foundation for the event's curation. A total of 82 titles were showcased across Red, Green, and Blue zones, allowing attendees to navigate the floor based on their personal gaming tastes and skill levels.

The organisers introduced the 'BeaverRocks Guidebook' to help visitors navigate the venue, alongside special exhibits like the Sannabi booth. Collaborations with Naver Webtoon for the 'BeaverJam' entries, as well as the 'Out of Index' showcase for more experimental titles, gave fans a proper look at some fresh content. Furthermore, the 'Pleaders FGT Zone' provided a dedicated space for developers and players to trade honest feedback.

On the stage, Wonder Potion CEO Yoo Seung-hyun and TapBlaze’s Anthony Lai, the developer behind Good Pizza, Great Pizza, shared some practical insights on the indie dev landscape. The festivities were further bolstered by influencers, webtoon artists, and voice actors. The event concluded with the BeaverFeatured 2025 awards, where titles like 'Video Editor', 'Project Revenant', and 'Lunaraxia -The Magpie Sings of the Apocalypse-' took home the top honours.

The BeaverFeatured Special Awards recognised nine titles based on sponsor evaluations, including 'Obis Loop', 'Mono Wave', 'Dungeon Inn', 'Chrono Seoul', 'Pebble Knights', 'Jack the Ripper', 'Witch's Garden', 'Master of Piece', and 'Winter of Arvien'.

If you missed the physical event, the party continues online. You can check out around 200 indie games, including those featured at the venue, via the 'BeaverRocks 2025 Online Exhibition' on the Stove platform until the 14th.
