NCSoft has announced strategic investments in two domestic game developers to expand its global publishing business and secure new IP.

The investment targets are 'Dynamis One', a developer specializing in subculture games, and 'Dexa Studio', a developer specializing in MMORPGs. Both studios were established in 2024, centered around core development personnel with proven track records in their respective genres.

Through these investments, NCSoft has secured the publishing rights for the new IPs currently under development by both companies, accelerating its global publishing expansion and the growth of its domestic and international development clusters.

Dynamis One is currently developing an unreleased title, 'Project AT' (working title). 'Project AT' is a subculture RPG themed around 'magic' and 'administration'. This project marks the studio's new focus following the cancellation of 'Project KV'. NCSoft will handle the domestic and global publishing for 'Project AT', continuing its efforts to diversify its portfolio and build a subculture development cluster.

Dexa Studio is composed of MMORPG veterans with a history of successful titles and is currently developing 'Project R' (working title), which features high-level graphics and action. NCSoft will leverage its long-standing expertise in MMORPG operations to handle the domestic and global publishing of 'Project R'. The company expects to create significant synergy by combining Dexa Studio's development capabilities with NCSoft's MMO business expertise.

NCSoft co-CEO Park Byung-moo stated, "This investment is a strategic move to partner with external developers who have proven their development history and execution capabilities," adding, "We will continue to invest in various genres to strengthen our global publishing competitiveness and expand our development clusters."
