Netmarble has rolled out a fresh update for its collector RPG, Tower of God: New World, developed by Netmarble N2, introducing the new hero '[Great Archivist] Dumas.'

[Great Archivist] Po Bidau Dumas is, for those who follow the lore, the man who lives to obey the orders of the Family Head, 'Gustang.' As the third-in-command of the Po Bidau family and the Great Archivist, he was quite literally born from Gustang's own writings. He inherited the 'strictness' of his creator, earning him a reputation as the most obstinate man in the entire family. He wears an armoured suit and stores his heart elsewhere, granting him near-immortal capabilities.

In-game, he arrives as an SSR+ tier Red element warrior. He wields 'Rosario,' a spear that branches out in twelve directions, unleashing skills like Blade of Rosario, Pinpoint Stab, and Rosario Ignition. With perks like Max HP damage, boss-specific attacks, energy recovery suppression, and an armoured shield, he proves to be quite a thorn in the side of anyone relying on invincibility skills.

Until March 4, you can dive into the 'Labyrinth of Memories - Gustang' event to uncover the backstory of the 10th Family Head. Furthermore, a rerun of the Descent Summon allows you to snag [Family Head] Gustang, and you can unlock his potential via the Gate of Origin pick-up summon. The update also brings a host of event boss battles and Giga Boss challenges.

Finally, the adventure content sees an expansion with floors 291-295, while the Hard Mode now includes floors 11-20.
