On the 22nd, Lionheart Studio conducted leadership training for employees at the level of team lead and above.

The training, themed around the roles and mindset of a leader, was organized to help those in leadership positions understand the company's direction and effectively apply it to organizational management.

In the first session, Vice President Lee Han-soon gave a lecture on the roles and attitudes required of a leader, emphasizing the importance of leadership based on trust. The second session featured a Q&A based on concerns collected through a pre-training survey, allowing participants to discuss practical solutions together. All attendees were presented with a book containing strategies for leading teams and organizations to success.
