Kim placed a massive premium on insight, arguing that as AI tech becomes increasingly sophisticated, human intuition remains irreplaceable. 'The more powerful AI becomes, the more vital our human insight grows,' Kim noted. 'To stay competitive, you must possess the ability to pierce through to the very essence and true meaning of your work.'

When the topic drifted towards creativity, Kim was clear about his vision. 'The ideal game is one that delivers a pure sense of fun, something that defies simple linguistic description,' he told the newcomers. 'I want you to build games that transcend logical constraints and tap into raw, instinctive pleasure.' Reflecting on the past, he added, 'The recruits who sat in these chairs ten years ago are the pillars of the company today. I expect you to push NC to its next stage even faster.'
