The 2026 LCK Challengers League (LCK CL) charges into its eighth week of the regular season this 18th.

With the final matches scheduled for the 29th, the second round of the regular season draws to a close. Based on the standings, the 10 competing teams will be split into two tiers for the third round starting in late June: the top five will form the 'Challenge Group', while the bottom five will battle it out in the 'Trial Group'.

Looking back at week seven, Nongshim RedForce secured a third consecutive win by edging out Kiwoom DRX 2-1. Meanwhile, T1 Esports Academy proved they are the ones to watch, steamrolling Gen.G Global Academy in under 25 minutes per set to become the first side to hit double-digit wins. DN Supers made light work of BNK FearX, kt Rolster swept Hanwha Life Esports 2-0, and Dplus KIA cruised to a comfortable victory over Hanjin Brion.

Week eight kicks off on the 18th at 2 PM with Dplus KIA facing T1 Esports Academy. Later that day, DN Supers meet Kiwoom DRX at 4 PM, followed by Gen.G Global Academy versus Hanwha Life Esports at 6 PM. The action continues on the 19th with BNK FearX taking on Hanjin Brion at 5 PM, and kt Rolster locking horns with Nongshim RedForce at 7 PM.

The total prize pool for the 2026 LCK CL stands at 99,500,000 KRW. The champions will walk away with 40,000,000 KRW, with 25,000,000 KRW for the runners-up, and 15,000,000 KRW and 7,500,000 KRW for third and fourth place, respectively. Additional accolades include 2,500,000 KRW for the Regular Season MVP, 1,000,000 KRW each for the five All-CL Team members, 2,000,000 KRW for the CL Coach of the Year, and 2,500,000 KRW for the Finals MVP.

The 2026 LCK CL is hosted by Riot Games Korea and operated by the KeSPA. WDG handles the broadcast production, with Woori Bank providing sponsorship.
