Krafton's international esports tournament, the PUBG Nations Cup (PNC) 2026 in Seoul, has concluded successfully with Brazil taking the championship. The tournament captured global attention, setting record-breaking viewership figures.

The event recorded over 13.2 million cumulative views on official channels, marking its highest performance to date. The peak concurrent viewership on the final day reached approximately 810,000. The matches were broadcast in 16 languages, including Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, and English, with 250 global streamers sharing the excitement through their own channels.

Online engagement programs also saw high participation. The official website recorded approximately 1.66 million hits, and over 800,000 fans participated in events to support their national teams. Notably, the newly introduced PUBG Fantasy League, where users build their own virtual teams, saw approximately 2.6 million participants.

Approximately 5,000 spectators visited the Grand Finals held over three days at the Seoul Jangchung Arena. The event featured performances by artist Jeon Somi and the group ALLDAY PROJECT, alongside beatboxing and magic shows. Brazil secured the championship with a total of 124 points, marking the first-ever win for the Americas region, and player Sparking was named the Most Valuable Player.

The tournament began with the Survival Stage in Seongsu-dong last month and concluded with the final matches at Jangchung Arena. The total prize pool consisted of a base of $500,000 (approximately 695 million KRW), supplemented by 25% of in-game item sales revenue.

A Krafton official stated, "This tournament served as an opportunity for PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS to advance as a global cultural content," adding, "We plan to continue expanding the connection between PUBG and global users through esports."
