Convenience upgrades including automatic dismantling of exclusive equipment

Director Kim Jung-ki wasted no time diving into the update news. First up: quality-of-life changes. An automatic dismantle tab is being added to the 'Exclusive Equipment Summon'. No more tedious trips to the inventory to break down items one by one. Furthermore, heroes of 3-star grade or lower, even if they are duplicates, can now be used for 'fodder farming'. Improvements to 'Melkior’s Laboratory' were also teased. A new 'Batch Register' tab will allow players to register material heroes in bulk, and a 'Skip' button for the dark magic animation will let you jump straight to the results. As you would expect from a modern hero, she comes with an Awakening spec. While Aris was an offensive hero in the original Seven Knights, the SKRB version arrives as a versatile type. Director Kim Jung-ki noted that Aris is positioned as a damage dealer for defense decks, with balance adjustments currently underway. Notably, Aris’s Awakening skill is a passive, staying true to the original character design. Aris will also launch with a rare nun-themed costume.

The other new Awakened hero is Rudy. As the first member of the Seven Knights to receive an Awakening, Rudy is getting a dedicated PV. The SKRB game icon will also be updated to feature Awakened Rudy. Since Rudy is a defensive type, the developers aim to make Rudy viable in a wider range of defense deck compositions, though the Awakening skill has been designed with offense in mind. Seven Knights Month events and collaboration announcements

Following the hero reveals, the team shared details on the Seven Knights Month events that many players have been waiting for. A scenario event titled 'Yes, I Am the Villain' and various other festivities are set to kick off.The scenario event takes the form of a 'What if?' story—a classic trope in subculture gaming. A brief preview showed Wukong speaking politely and engaging in self-reflection, a rare sight indeed. To mark Seven Knights Month, the lobby design is getting a refresh, and a 'Wish Summon' event will begin. Players can add one Legend Special hero and one Legend hero to their wish list. 77 summon tickets will be provided daily through a separate attendance event. Meanwhile, Aragon, Biscuit, Alice, May, and Chloe are receiving new Seven Knights Month costumes, which can be earned through simple missions. To coincide with Awakened Rudy’s release, all players will receive a 6-star Rudy, special equipment, awakening stones, and four Shining Skill Enhancement Stones. Director Kim Jung-ki hinted that this is only the first part of the celebration, with an even more generous second part coming in mid-July.

Next was the 'PD Pick' segment, where the team shared a teaser for the key visuals and cinematics of upcoming Korean-inspired heroes. The new hero in the works is Seon-ran, who has ties to Theo. The character is inspired by the famous Korean historical figure 'Chak Jun-gyeong'. A preview of a nearly two-minute cinematic was shown, and the team asked fans to look forward to it.
