Welcome. This is our dedicated 'Vampir' Relic Defense season ranking update. We plan to analyse and report on these results as each season concludes, so stay tuned for more. While we are starting with just Season 1, we plan to include 'All-Time Season Rankings' beginning with Season 2. Notably, many clans managed to surpass their preseason scores and rankings during this first regular season. Let us take a look at which clans dominated the inaugural Relic Defense season.

Relic Defense Season 1: The TOP 10 Breakdown

Starting with the top 10 clans, the crown for the first season goes to 'Strange People' from the Nel1 server. Having finished in 7th place with 14,090 points during the preseason, the clan surged to the top spot with 21,530 points—a massive jump of approximately 7,000 points.

In 2nd place is 'Grim Reaper' from the Oscar2 server. This clan held the top spot during the preseason; while their score improved by 3,424 points, it wasn't enough to fend off the rapid growth of Strange People. Falling just 1,293 points short of the top spot must be a bitter pill to swallow. We shall see if Grim Reaper can reclaim the throne in Season 2. Following them in 3rd place is 'Battle Tribe' from Olga3, who previously ranked 6th in the preseason.

Other notable mentions include 'Kedeheon' from Kizaya1 and 'Romance Special City' from Duncan2. The former climbed a staggering 18 spots compared to their preseason performance, while the latter, remarkably, did not even crack the TOP 100 in the preseason. We look forward to seeing how they perform moving forward. Other shifts include 'Myth' from Damir1, who rose from 9th to 4th; 'Ghost' from Kizaya2, finishing 6th; 'Execution' from Razbi2, who slipped from 5th to 8th; and 'Tangle Heaven' from Kizaya3, dropping from 3rd to 7th.

Kizaya proved to be the most prolific world, producing the most TOP 10 clans. It is the only world to have a clan from each of its servers (1, 2, and 3) make it into the top 10. Other clans represented Nel1, Oscar2, Olga3, Damir1, Moarte2, Razbi2, and Duncan2. While the current winner hails from Nel1, it remains to be seen if that position will hold or if other clans will shake up the hierarchy next season.

Relic Defense Season 1: TOP 3 by World

Next, we have our 'TOP 3 by World' segment, focusing on clans that made the top 100 overall. In this first season, every single world managed to field at least three clans, leaving no empty slots. The highest-scoring clan resides in the 'Nel' world, while the lowest of the TOP 3 clans is in the 'Shima' world—a gap of 16,260 points between their respective scores of 21,530 and 5,270.

Seven worlds—Duncan, Razbi, Kizaya, Nel, Lilith, Cain, and Ridel—saw their 3rd-place clans cross the 10,000-point threshold, indicating a high concentration of competitive power. The disparity between worlds is quite evident when you consider that some 3rd-place clans in other regions failed to reach 10,000 points. Only two clans nationwide broke the 20,000-point barrier: Strange People (Nel) and Grim Reaper (Oscar). Oscar is particularly lopsided, with a massive 14,395-point gulf between the 1st-place Grim Reaper (20,237 points) and their 3rd-place counterparts, 'Dream' (5,842 points).

Whether these 3rd-place clans can bridge the gap in future seasons will be a key storyline to follow. Beyond new content and stat increases for 'Successors', server transfers and the general ebb and flow of clan vitality will play a major role.
