'Volcano Daughter', the parenting simulation game that earned an 'Overwhelmingly Positive' rating on Steam, is coming to mobile and console.

Colorful Palette, a subsidiary of CyberAgent, announced that 'Volcano Daughter' will be released on mobile and console on July 30. Supported platforms include iOS, Android OS, PS5, and Nintendo Switch.

'Volcano Daughter' is a raising simulation game released on Steam in 2023 by the Chinese indie development team 'Egg Hatcher'. Set in the 'Volcano Kingdom,' where tensions between humans and demons have intensified, players take on the role of a widowed protagonist raising a daughter. The daughter's future changes based on how she is raised, with over 50 different endings available.

With this multi-platform release, Colorful Palette has taken over publishing duties. In line with the July 30 mobile and console launch, the team has refined the Japanese and English translations and added Traditional Chinese support.

The Japanese version features full voice acting, with Mai Nakahara, who has voiced the daughter since the 2023 release, joined by new voice actors including Marina Inoue and Kento Ito.

Additionally, new story segments and still images have been added, and a dungeon filled with new adventures will open. The Steam version is also scheduled to receive these additional contents sequentially via a free update this October.
