The 'NEW WORLD' region for Arthdal Chronicles has finally arrived, and it is pursuing a rather different trajectory than we’ve seen before. Since its launch on July 14, players have been swarming into the new region, prompting the addition of two more servers on July 16. NEW WORLD Region Launch

The NEW WORLD region is now live, featuring a total of six servers: 'Leo', 'Bella', 'Pavo', 'Ara', and the recently added 'Orion' and 'Lyra' as of July 16. What makes this interesting is the lack of individual package shops, aside from the standard passes and subscriptions. You’ll find that summons for mounts and other essentials can now be acquired through field drops. Note that this is a separate entity from the previous 'CRABON NEW WORLD', though the developers plan to merge them into one singular region down the line.

In addition, NEW WORLD is celebrating its debut with a login reward available until July 19, 23:59. Log in within this window to snag a 'Shining Spirit 11x Awakening Summon', 'Shining Mount 11x Awakening Summon', 'Shining Weapon Appearance 11x Summon', 'Shining Dream Stone 11x Summon', and three 'Rare Food Selection Boxes'. A. Yes, skill books marked as dungeon drops are exclusive to those instances.

There are various ways to bolster your skill set in Arthdal Chronicles, though some specific books are strictly locked behind dungeon drops. When players ask if there’s another way, the answer is usually found in the Party Dungeon Mileage Shop, the level 90 reward boxes for Igut, or the player-driven marketplace. If you’re hunting for a specific book, always check the market listings or inspect the item details to see the designated 'Acquisition' source.

Q. Are there any active coupon codes?
A. Yes, there are currently live broadcast coupons and a developer commentary coupon available.

As of July 17, there are seven active codes: six from the live broadcast and one from the developer's improvement board. The broadcast coupons have a generous window, valid until August 23, 23:59, so refer to the image provided to claim them. That said, it’s always best to register sooner rather than later. The improvement board coupon, however, expires on July 17—so redeem that one immediately.

Addressing Experience Recovery Exploits

Previously, leveling up in Arthdal Chronicles would instantly restore a character's HP and MP, which occasionally saved players from the brink of defeat. Some clever, if cheeky, players were weaponizing this in PvP by intentionally dying to lower their level, then using 'Experience Recovery' to trigger an instant level-up and full heal during combat.

After this issue was flagged by the community via the improvement board, the team at Arthdal Chronicles applied an update on July 14 to ensure that level-ups no longer trigger HP and MP recovery.
