Com2uS announced on the 30th that it is launching a special Fern transmogrification event to mark the crossover between Summoners War: Sky Arena and the anime Frieren: Beyond Journey's End.

The event runs until August 31st and tasks players with weekly missions; simply playing the collaboration content or using energy racks up points. For every 100 points, players unlock one of Fern's transmogrifications per attribute. Keep at it, and you'll eventually collect the entire set. Once applied, Fern ditches the standard mage robes for a floral dress.

In addition, accumulating points unlocks a variety of item rewards. Through this collaboration, players can obtain a commemorative profile background, five new collaboration-themed emojis, L&D (Light and Darkness) scrolls, and reappraisal stones to aid character progression. Com2uS plans to continue rolling out various collaboration events to ensure players stay rewarded throughout this crossover period.

Alongside the transmogrification event, the developer pushed out a system update to improve quality of life. The 'Summon Dice' mini-game sees the addition of new items, characters, and achievements. Furthermore, a feature to share monster information within preset attack decks has been introduced, and the monster usage menu has been revamped to display attack speed order directly. UI refinements and preset adjustments have also been implemented to smooth out the experience.
