Pearl Abyss has rolled out the Guild Reputation system for 'Black Desert' on August 5. This new addition is designed to reward collective effort, allowing guilds to grow and unlock various perks based on the contributions of their members. It is a calculated move to bolster the sense of belonging and the sheer joy of cooperation among players.

Once a player joins a guild, they can start earning Guild Reputation by logging in, completing guild missions, or participating in Node Wars, Conquest Wars, and the War of the Roses. As the guild accumulates this reputation, the entire group enjoys passive bonuses such as increased monster attack power, higher weight limits, and improved item drop rates. Furthermore, buffs like 'Master’s Touch' and 'State of Nothingness' are applied across the board for all members.

The new season of the Guild League is set to kick off on August 26. In the lead-up to the regular season, Pearl Abyss is hosting a 'Guild League Focus Week' from August 5 to August 12. It is the perfect opportunity for guild members to stress-test their combat strategies and pad out their Guild Reputation stats before the real competition begins.

In the Land of the Morning Light, a new world boss, the Black Phoenix, has arrived. The Black Phoenix has a chance to spawn in areas already inhabited by the likes of the Sangoon, Uturi, Bulgasari, and Golden Pig King. Defeating the Black Phoenix guarantees items like the Primal Flame and Land of the Morning Light Boss Seals, with a chance to obtain Black Phoenix Feathers and Black Phoenix Tears. Additionally, the developers have introduced the Marni’s Combat Analyzer, allowing players to track their combat performance with greater clarity.
