RyzaChat, a mobile conversational RPG built using the Atelier Ryza intellectual property, is scheduled to launch on August 18.

On the 4th, SpiralAI announced the launch of its new title, 'RyzaChat: AI Ryza to tsukuru anata dake no hitonatsu no yumemonogatari' (hereinafter RyzaChat), set for the 18th, utilizing the Koei Tecmo Atelier Ryza IP. This title adopts a free-form narrative system where the plot unfolds based on player inputs, blending AI technology with the charm of the characters to offer a novel experience for fans of the original series.

Within the game, players can freely roam various regions to collect materials and complete tasks. Items and resources acquired through conversation are immediately reflected in inventory and systems, directly impacting exploration. Essential elements from the original series, such as stamina gauge management, exploration, and crafting, have also been integrated. Furthermore, the game features a costume change function for Ryza, and around 30 characters from the original, including Klaudia, Lent, and Tao, appear and are available for conversation.

Conversations can be held via fast-paced text input or voice chat, with the ability to toggle between standard voice and ASMR-style whispers at any time. Notably, the developers have completely avoided AI-generated images, ensuring all visuals were hand-crafted under the supervision of original character designer Toridamono. Changes in conversation are implemented solely through the combination of pre-defined source assets, and voice synthesis relies exclusively on recordings approved by the original voice actor, Yuri Noguchi.

SpiralAI has also addressed the common concerns surrounding AI games, specifically regarding monetization and unauthorized training. Operating on an official license, a portion of the app's revenue is fairly redistributed to the participating creators. Additionally, the developer has prioritized user privacy, explicitly stating that conversation logs will not be collected or used for training AI models.

RyzaChat will be available on iOS and Android, with further details to be shared upon the opening of the store pages.
