Endless Legend 2, the strategy simulation title that kicked off its Early Access journey last September, is finally ready to graduate to its full release.

The developer, Amplitude Studios, dropped a brand new trailer on their official YouTube channel back on the 4th, confirming the big day. The trailer gives us a glimpse at miniature-style battlefields and gameplay footage, ending with the firm announcement: September 17.

Over on the Steam page, you can get a sneak peek at the content arriving with the full launch. First up is the new faction, 'SandShapers.' As the oldest civilization inhabiting Auriga, they consider terraforming the planet into a desert their sacred duty. Additionally, we are getting 'Rogue Factions,' which introduce new variants to existing groups, starting with the Sheredyn bloodline and the Necrophage race.

For the uninitiated, Endless Legend 2 is a turn-based strategy sim that hit Steam last September. It tasks players with choosing a faction on the oceanic planet 'Auriga' and finding various paths to total victory. When it first landed, the game earned praise for keeping the soul of its predecessor intact while broadening the strategic scope and polishing the quality-of-life features. This momentum has carried it to a 'Very Positive' rating on Steam as of the 6th, with 2,741 participants and an 83% approval rate.
