Kakao Games has selected actor Park Ji-hoon as the promotional model for its upcoming MMORPG, 'Dokkaebi World', developed by Supercat.

Dokkaebi World is an MMORPG currently in development based on the Naver web novel 'Myeongwi Sudojeon'. It features 2.5D pixel art graphics, a world-building style utilizing Korean elements, a highly flexible skill-deck building system, and clan-focused cooperative content.

The game is scheduled for release this October, with a showcase planned for September to unveil its key content and service roadmap. The company plans to release marketing content and game information leading up to the launch.

Cha Myeong-soo, Business Department Head at Kakao Games, stated, "We are delighted to introduce 'Dokkaebi World' alongside actor Park Ji-hoon, who is loved by many users," adding, "We expect that through the charm of actor Park Ji-hoon, we will be able to share the differentiated fun of 'Dokkaebi World', which incorporates Korean elements and an original worldview, with even more users."
