The name is Escarion, and I am the new field boss

On August 12, the 'Light of Destruction, Escarion' arrived in Valtar. As a 5-star boss in the region, the creature appeared immediately following the update. The loot table is stacked with new additions: the Legendary Heaven Stone 'Heaven Stone: Glory Break', the Rare 'Heaven Stone: Radiant Spear', and the new Rare weapon 'Spear of the Guardian Spirit'. Two new item collection entries require this spear, so keep your eyes peeled.

A 'Grace of Hunting/Growth' buff is also active. This effect applies across all legions and worlds, specifically covering the 'Synerim - Archehon - Alteia - Rungard - Balton Empire - Valtar' regions. The event runs until 4:59 AM on August 26.

The Abyss is hosting events centered on Abyssal Souls. First, the 'Abyssal Soul Daily Acquisition Cap Increase' raises the limit on souls gathered from monsters on floors 2-4 of the Abyss. Note the regional variations: Regular worlds see an increase from 150,000 to 200,000, while the specialized worlds ZERO and ZERO 2 scale to 200,000 on peace days and 300,000 on war days.

Second, the 'Abyss Floor 3-4 Abyssal Soul Chest Event' is live. Defeating 'Wandering Knight Baden' or 'Voodooist Kenis' on floor 3 yields two Abyssal Soul Chests. On floor 4, taking down 'Brood Mother' or 'Silent Fairy Tirabel' grants two Superior Abyssal Soul Chests. Please note that since floors 3 and 4 are not yet open in the specialized worlds, these events are excluded there.

Prepare for the incoming Battle World

Raven 2 has added new activities to its pre-event roster. Let’s start with the mission events: the '[Pre-event] Guild Solidarity Mission' requires you to complete six tasks to earn Appreciation Supply Chests. Clearing 'Guild Attendance 3 times - Guild Donation 10 times - Chaos Tower Challenge 10 times' nets you a total of 18 chests.

The '[Pre-event] Monster Subjugation Mission' follows a similar logic, allowing you to earn up to 18 more Appreciation Supply Chests.Complete 30 Special Operations missions and slay 30,000 monsters to finish all tasks. The final reward is the Special Operations Appreciation Chest: Rare.

These Appreciation Supply Chests tie into the '[Pre-event] Appreciation Supply Mission' that kicked off on August 5, which rewards you based on how many chests you consume. The final milestone is 40 uses, so make sure to stack up by running both old and new events.

Additionally, Raven 2 has launched '[Pre-event] Battle World Entry Preparation'. This event tasks you with slaying monsters in the Abyss to prepare for the return of the Battle World. Hitting specific kill counts rewards you with Abyss Floor 4 Collection Selection Chests.Rewards differ by region; the Global Legion Pia and Sera worlds receive 20 chests, while other servers receive 10. The event runs for all until 4:59 AM on August 19.
