Hearthstone has just rolled out patch 36.4 alongside a brand new class set, Azeroth's Most Wanted. Serving as a neat narrative prelude to the latest expansion, Escape from Violet Hold, this drop dives right into the chaotic backstories of Azeroth's most notorious outlaws before they ended up locked behind bars in Dalaran's maximum-security prison.

The Azeroth's Most Wanted class set brings fresh cards and tactical options tailored specifically for four classes: Rogue, Warlock, Priest, and Warrior. Each set packs a neat little collection of 7 cards that weave a tale between a wanted criminal and the person hunting them down.

Over in the Rogue set, Matthias Shaw, the mastermind behind SI:7, is finally making his proper card debut in Hearthstone. Shaw and the crew infiltrate the Defias Brotherhood to bring Vanessa VanCleef to justice. Expect plenty of Stealth and combo shenanigans, plus some cheeky new disguise minions that you can slap onto either side of the board to catch opponents totally off guard.

Meanwhile, the Warlock set marks the triumphant return of Kazakus, the Godfather with a penchant for custom-crafting cards. This Gadgetzan crime boss betrays Aya Blackpaw during a heist, framing the rival and rigging the trial to boot. You get to slip Imp Informants straight into the opponent's deck to plant fake evidence and rig a sham trial in your favour, sending foes straight to the slammer.

In the Priest set, Wraith-Hunter Wraith Von Geist tracks Soulthief Azalina all the way to the haunted manor in the Witchwood. This set leans heavily into summoning Rebirth and Deathrattle minions, while using Haunted cards to slap Rebirth and Taunt onto minions to lock down the board. Finally, the Warrior set features Darius Crowley rounding up a pirate crew and laying siege to Shadowfang Keep to deliver some old-school justice to his eternal nemesis, Lord Godfrey. You get to command pirate artillery units to blast through enemy walls and mount an aggressive onslaught.

Each class set in Azeroth's Most Wanted consists of 7 cards total: 1 Legendary, 2 Epics, 2 Rares, and 2 Commons. Blizzard Entertainment has announced plans to introduce four new class sets following each expansion throughout the Year of the Beetle in 2026.
