Mad Engine announced on February 11 that the company has been selected for two consecutive years as one of the '2026 Korea Job Top Companies' hosted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor. In addition, Mad Engine co-CEO Son Myeon-seok received the Presidential Commendation at the '2026 Government Awards for Meritorious Contribution to Job Creation'. Through this selection and award, both the company and the management have been recognized for their achievements in job creation and employment expansion.

The 'Korea Job Top Companies' is an annual certification system selecting 100 companies that have contributed to creating quality jobs by expanding employment, balancing work and life, and developing human resources. The 'Government Awards for Meritorious Contribution to Job Creation' is an award given to individuals and companies that have contributed to job creation and employment advancement. Mad Engine earned the certification for the second consecutive year, following last year, as the company's efforts to build a healthy organizational culture—such as fair personnel systems, flexible working environments, and systematic talent nurturing—were highly praised.

At this awards ceremony, Mad Engine co-CEO Son Myeon-seok was recognized for leading employment expansion and youth job creation. Celebrating its 6th anniversary, Mad Engine has continued active talent recruitment by accelerating major new projects such as Project T, Night Crows W, and Project MO, even after the box office success of the flagship title Night Crows. As a result, the employment scale has increased by about 150% over the past two years.

Furthermore, more than half of all employees consist of the youth demographic, and more than half of newly hired employees over the past two years were also youth, leading continuous youth job expansion and talent-centric organizational growth. Mad Engine plans to continue securing top development talent in stride with the expansion of new projects moving forward.
