Smilegate has announced that its mobile turn-based strategy RPG 'Epic Seven', developed by Super Creative, will participate in the 2026 Steam Next Fest running from October 19 to 26.

Steam Next Fest is an event where users play free demos of upcoming Steam titles for a week, held three times a year in February, June, and October.

The 'Epic Seven' demo will be available starting October 8, ahead of the Next Fest, offering combat content such as the main story, Great Brawl, Arena of the Gods, and Automaton Tower. Regular Arena and Rookie Arena will also open among the user-vs-user Arena contents.

During the event, Smilegate will provide Skystones, summoning currencies, and growth materials for users to experience the content, followed by equipment sets in the later phase.

'Epic Seven' officially launches on Steam this year. Users can play their existing accounts on Steam by linking IDs. For newcomers starting 'Epic Seven' on Steam, a new region operated as an independent matching server for a certain period will open, alongside console pad control support. The Steam store page opened on August 22, and a wishlist event is currently underway.
