The publisher announced on October 2 that it will launch a bundled package titled 'Pokémon Pokopia + Expansion Pass' on October 29, combining the base Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive game 'Pokémon Pokopia' with the paid downloadable content 'Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass'. This bundle aims to deliver an even richer village-building experience right out of the box, building upon the core gameplay loop.

The new bundle is designed to let players dive straight into constructing a village from scratch while immediately accessing the expanded customisation options brought by the expansion pass. As a cheeky little bonus, purchasers of the physical or digital bundle will receive a special 'Berry Furniture Set' modeled after various berries. You can use these pieces to add a splash of colour and personality to your in-game settlement.

Alongside this announcement, The Pokémon Company is rolling out an autumnal celebration dubbed the 'Pumpkaboo Candy Collection' event. The festivities are scheduled to run from 5:00 AM on October 17 until 4:59 AM on November 1. To join in on the fun, players will need to update their game to version 2.0.1, clear the village's 'Important Request', and rebuild the 'Pokémon Center'. On top of that, the player character must learn the move 'Mimic' from Zorua located in the 'Gloomy Coastal Village'.

Throughout the event, you can encounter and befriend the pumpkin Pokémon 'Pumpkaboo', collecting special 'Pumpkin Candies' to trade for themed furniture like the 'Midnight Festival' set. Placing these midnight festival items in your habitat will even summon 'Gourgeist', letting you mingle and interact with various Pokémon.

Meanwhile, the publisher added that it will also release a companion bundle on the very same day, pairing 'Pokemon LEGENDS Z-A Nintendo Switch 2 Edition' with its paid expansion content, 'Pokemon LEGENDS Z-A Mega Dimensional Rush'.
