Look, let's be honest—Smilegate and developer Super Creative have officially dropped a teaser video on their official YouTube channel for the 1st-anniversary 'Nightmare Festival' showcase of their dark fantasy roguelike RPG, Chaos Zero Nightmare (hereafter referred to as CZN).

The online showcase celebrating the 1st anniversary of CZN kicks off at noon on October 10 on the official CZN YouTube channel, in what the publisher promises will bring a massive wave of updates and events.

Smilegate is also cooking up a variety of events to mark the 'Nightmare Festival', including a month-long collaboration with the popular maid cafe franchise 'Maidreamin' Hongdae branch running from October 16 to November 15. During the collaboration period, the venue will serve exclusive 1st-anniversary menu items, and ordering them will net you some special merch alongside exclusive on-site activities. The developer promises further details will drop soon on the official CZN social channels.

That is not all, mate—the team is keeping up their collaboration with hit composer Mitsukiyo. Back on the 29th, they dropped a remix version of the Seriniel character OST featuring composer ESAI from Studio Allo, headed by Mitsukiyo. Furthermore, the official 1st-anniversary OST will be directly composed by Mitsukiyo, with vocals handled by music influencer CielA.

Smilegate business department head Kim Joo-hyung stated, "Thanks to your unwavering support and backing, CZN is already staring right down the barrel of its official 1st anniversary," adding, "We really hope you tune into the Nightmare Festival showcase video dropping on October 10 to check out all the exciting events we have been cooking up for you."
