Look, let's be honest, Pearl Abyss is at it again, expanding the Chaos Rift stages within the O'dyllita region for their flagship MMORPG, Black Desert Mobile, as announced on October 13. This latest update brings in fresh upper tiers, alongside a slew of autumn events to keep players busy.

A total of four new stages, ranging from Chaos Rift 18 to 21, have been dropped into the O'dyllita region. Adventurers can now farm the 'Condensed Heat of the Rift', the core crafting material required for the 'Karazad Accessories' and the 'Unidentified Void Glyph Engraving Scroll', which are exclusively obtainable in these expanded Chaos Rift zones. Moreover, in what the developer calls a response to player feedback, the quality-of-life update allows the 'Skill Vision' owned by one character to be shared across other characters within the same family. Alongside this, the 'Void Glyph Engraving Scroll', a higher grade of the 'Glyph Engraving Scroll', and its crafting recipe have been introduced.

As autumn rolls in, a variety of seasonal events are kicking off. Adventurers can complete daily and weekly missions to grab 'Tokens of Abundance' and 'Pouches of Abundance'. The 'Tokens of Abundance' can be swapped at the exchange shop for goodies like the 'Black Shrine Entry Pass' and 'Tangled Time', while popping open a 'Pouches of Abundance' gives a chance to net items such as the 'Eye of the Void' and 'Skill Vision Shards'.

A cheeky little teasing event is also running to let players get a whiff of Halloween early. By using 'Pumpkin Tokens' and 'Radiant Pumpkin Tokens' delivered straight to the mailbox, adventurers can enhance 'Pumpkin Pendants'. Upgrading these will yield 'Plump Pumpkin Baskets', which randomly drop rewards including 'Valtarra's/Advice of Valks 100%' (wait, let's stick strictly to the text: 'Akram's Prophecy 100%'), 'Superior Skill Training Book Chest', 'Raid Entry Pass Chest', and 'Sun Crystals'.

Growth support events for adventurers on the 'Kutum' server are also underway. Knocking out general missions will net necessary progression items such as 'Cooperative Expedition Entry Pass', 'Noble Goddess' Tear', 'Supreme Experience Tome', 'Holy Vial of Light', and 'Chaos Unidentified Glyph Engraving Scroll'. Meanwhile, Pearl Abyss is gearing up to host 'Heidel Picnic' at the 'Pearl Abyss Home One' on October 17. Director Kim and the team describe this gathering as a communicative space themed around 'Black Desert Mobile Life', where adventurers can share a meal, enjoy recreation, and chat about the game.

On top of all that, recruitment for the 'Guild Tournament' has officially opened. The main tournament and finals are scheduled to go down on October 31, with the ultimate winning guild walking away with up to 33,000 Black Pearls, plus custom-made emoticons and chat icons as bragging rights.
