The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), in collaboration with the National Institute of Special Education and the Netmarble Foundation, will host the 2025 National Disabled Student e-Festival finals. The event is set to take place at the Sono Felice Vivaldi Park in Hongcheon, Gangwon-do, from September 9 to 10.

The National Disabled Student e-Festival is designed to bolster the digital literacy of students with disabilities and improve game accessibility. It aims to foster a healthy leisure culture while creating a space for everyone to communicate and connect.

This year, the festival features 10 e-sports disciplines and 18 categories in the information competition. Organizers have introduced a pilot category specifically for students with low vision and expanded the participation types for Fall Guys, ensuring a wider reach for students.

Yoo Hyun-seok, the acting president of KOCCA, stated, "This festival is more than just a digital event; it is a meaningful celebration where students with disabilities take the lead, engage with society, and build confidence." The acting president added, "KOCCA plans to actively promote the event to ensure the spirit of challenge and hope fostered by the students resonates across the nation."
