NEXON Company is opening its doors for the 2025 'NEXtorial' internship program, accepting applications from September 2nd until 5:00 PM on September 15th.

Now in its fifth year, NEXtorial stands as NEXON Company’s flagship recruitment drive for fresh talent. The program spans six months, offering a blend of professional training, networking opportunities, mentorship, and hands-on experience. During this term, interns receive the same salary and benefits as full-time entry-level employees, with those proving their mettle and aptitude being offered a permanent position.

This year, NEXON Korea, NEXON Games, and NEXON Universe are participating. They are recruiting across nine distinct departments: ▲Game Programming ▲Game Planning ▲Game Art ▲Game Business ▲Overseas Business ▲Engineering ▲Production ▲Web Planning ▲Business Support. For the fifth year in a row, the company is maintaining a hiring scale in the triple digits.

Eligibility is open to graduates or those expecting to graduate by February 2026 who have a genuine interest in games and the industry, provided that the applicant can commit to a full-time schedule throughout the internship.

Applications can be submitted via the NEXtorial recruitment webpage until 5:00 PM on September 15th. The selection process involves document screening, job-specific tests, and interviews. Successful applicants will begin their six-month tenure as interns on December 8, 2025.
