Terraria is finally receiving official Korean language support.

Re-Logic took to their Steam news page on the 31st to share the development status of the Terraria 1.4.5 update and its projected release window. According to the announcement, the development team is adding Korean, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese, with content development nearing its final polish. They are also conducting closed platform-specific tests for debugging.

In addition to the aforementioned language support, this update includes improvements to existing text quality. Re-Logic stated that this localization and refinement work was significantly aided by community feedback.

The team is currently preparing for platform submission and review, with a goal of a Global Sync Launch. The update is expected to arrive between mid-December and late January 2026. However, please note that the schedule may shift due to platform certification processes and the year-end holiday season.

Regarding the extended development time, Re-Logic commented, "We are aware that this has taken longer than expected, and we are doing our absolute best to deliver a high-quality version."

Meanwhile, Re-Logic plans to reveal their roadmap for future patches and ongoing development after this update is released.
