Guild-based competitive content is being added to MU: Pocket Knights.

Webzen announced on the 4th that it has released an expansion update for MU: Pocket Knights, including the new 'Guild Boss Battle' mode. In this mode, players attack the guild boss 'Verge Machine' within a time limit to earn points. The breakthrough stage increases based on cumulative damage, and the score rises accordingly. The season runs on a weekly basis, starting every Monday, and rewards are distributed based on the final score and ranking at the end of the season.

This update also expands existing content to provide players with more to experience. A second tier has been added to the 8-player co-op 'Raid,' where players can obtain Legend-grade artifacts and a new 'Mask' type artifact. Additionally, the maximum levels for certain dungeons and wing growth have been increased, and new high-tier accessory items have been added.

Webzen has also announced new events to coincide with this update. Starting on the 11th, the 'Verge Dragon's Jewel Box' event will begin, where players can open chests using 'Jewel Box Keys' collected through the multi-idle 'Exploration' mode to obtain various rewards such as Diamonds and upgrade materials. For matchmaking-based content like Raids and Chaos Castle, a feature allowing for continuous auto-battle settings has been introduced, along with quality-of-life improvements such as reduced matchmaking times.
