Netmarble is introducing a new 'Weapon Skin' system to its PC and mobile MMORPG, 'RF ONLINE NEXT'.

Starting on the 25th, players can use Weapon Skins to change the appearance of their items or boost their stats. These skins come in Rare, Heroic, and Legendary tiers and can be obtained through 'Weapon Skin Cases' earned via gameplay.

 

A new season of Guild Raid has also begun. This content involves teaming up with guild members to clear a dungeon within a set time limit to earn various rewards. This season takes place in the new battlefield, 'Ruined Temple of Gudah', and adds a 'Hell 2' difficulty level featuring more powerful monsters. Players can obtain Heroic Tier 4 materials, Rare-grade weapon skins, and Defense Base Triangular Plates.

Dungeon content such as the Mining Site and Android Scrapyard is also being expanded, and the new fire-attribute world boss 'Igna Britra' will appear on March 4. Players can challenge the boss starting at level 75, with rewards including Adventure Coins and a Baby Britra Rover costume.

New costumes such as 'My Valentine' and 'Golden Family', as well as the new long-range MAU (Mechanic Armor Unit) 'Aegis', will be released sequentially. Additionally, the game will host a Lunar New Year attendance event offering 'Ctrl+Z Coupons', a Valentine’s Day chocolate exchange event, and a New Year’s Rover workshop support event.
