The game features combat where every attack and combo syncs with the music, turning battles into a performance. Players take on the role of the fallen icon Charlie Disco, embarking on a journey to reclaim the spotlight by facing off against former band members and music industry idols. Out of seven total idols, four appear as bosses, each showcasing different combat styles and signature tracks.

Key elements of the game include a growth-based skill system where players unlock over 30 skills and defeat bosses to expand their combat abilities, as well as global leaderboard competition against players worldwide. Notable characters include Hemlock, a former punk rocker turned enforcer; Arora, an AI pop idol that evolves based on personal data; Dex, a perfectionist musician who uses a cybernetic guitar; and Profit, a rapper and producer who creates and destroys stars.
