Indie outfit Bitcover Studio has finally pulled back the curtain on its latest project, the ship restoration sim Seaside Wash, with a fresh Steam store page. It is a relaxing simulator that tasks you with scrubbing, repairing, and restoring rusted-out vessels to their former glory.

You will be taking on various restoration contracts, managing everything from humble fishing boats to gargantuan cargo ships. Your job is to tackle the grime, removing layers of salt, rust, and stubborn barnacles. You will need to select the right specialist equipment for the job, meticulously cleaning everything from the hull and deck to the masts and cabins.

As you complete these contracts, you will earn rewards to upgrade your gear, sharpen your skills, and improve your workshop facilities. Beyond the restoration grind, the game features dynamic weather and a day-night cycle. Set against a charming coastal village, you can unwind between jobs by fishing, cooking, hunting for hidden treasures, or participating in special coastal events.

The developers aim to deliver a sense of calm and accomplishment through immersive cleaning sound effects and a tranquil soundtrack.
