Gravity announced on the 13th that it has transitioned to a co-CEO structure to strengthen its domestic competitiveness and ensure sustainable growth in the global market.

To keep pace with its aggressive global business expansion, Gravity appointed Park Hyun-chul and Kitamura Yoshinori as co-CEOs this past March. This structural shift is a measure to realize responsible management based on professional expertise.

Under the co-CEO structure, the two executives have divided their roles and authorities to carry out responsible management. Park Hyun-chul oversees internal functions, including domestic development, operations, organizational management, and talent cultivation. Kitamura Yoshinori is in charge of global business strategy, IP strategy, new business development, and collaboration with overseas subsidiaries. Through this, Gravity aims to establish a swift and high-quality decision-making system.

Gravity continues to develop various OSMU (One Source Multi-Use) businesses centered on its flagship IP, Ragnarok, including games, character merchandise, exhibitions, concerts, and animations. Ragnarok Online has recently celebrated its 24th anniversary. Furthermore, to expand its console platform presence, the company has launched an official Steam page for its Ragnarok console project.

Recently, the company has been challenging itself with new genres, such as the open-world MMORPG RO: World Journey and the roguelike battle royale mobile RPG Ragnarok: Endless Trails. Additionally, it is diversifying its portfolio with titles utilizing new IPs, including Dragonica Origin, Requiem M, Abyss of Small Beings, Wiseman's World: ReTry, and Pororo’s Big Sports Day.

The company is also actively participating in offline events. Through its headquarters and international branches, Gravity is strengthening its IP competitiveness by attending global events such as the Hong Kong International Licensing Show 2026 and PlayX4 2026. Gravity has designated this year as the inaugural year for realizing its mid-to-long-term business vision, the 'Ragnarok Hub,' and plans to pioneer new genres and expand the scale of its eSports tournaments to enhance the long-term value of its IP.
