Thanks to this victory, Seoil has secured a direct ticket to the 'Tactician's Crown', the absolute pinnacle of TFT esports.

The Canyon Beast Cup is one of three cup events making up the tier-one TFT 'Pro Circuit', where the top 32 professional players from each region battle it out for a slice of the prize pool and a fast pass to the global stage. The winner, of course, gets that coveted direct invite to the Tactician's Crown. Seoil is no stranger to the big stage, having already competed in last year's 'K.O. Coliseum Tactician's Crown'. Back in May, Seoil also became the first South Korean player to win a Pro Circuit event at the 'Stargazer Cup', cementing a reputation as a rising star in South Korean TFT esports.

During this latest Canyon Beast Cup, Seoil kept things steady near the top with a 5th place finish on Day 1 and 2nd place on Day 2. By Day 3, Seoil hit the 20-point checkpoint in just three matches, grabbing an early advantage in the title race. While rounds 4 and 5 brought some fierce pressure from chasing competitors, Seoil pulled off a dramatic comeback win in the 6th and final match by securing the 'Cover Ops' emblem and showing some brilliant tactical positioning. Meanwhile, fellow South Korean player Kim Joo-han, playing as 'Stylo of Bora', finished a respectable 4th, meaning a solid two South Korean players cracked the top 8.

Reflecting on the victory, Seoil mentioned that "competing against such high-caliber players at the TFT Korea Invitational held at The Hyundai Seoul really helped me prepare in advance."
