On the 21st, HoYoverse unveiled its Natlan-themed space and dropped a brand-new character trailer. This appearance marks the fifth consecutive year that Genshin Impact has graced the Gamescom floor to connect with its community.

The special booth offers a deep dive into the primary storyline of Natlan, where the narratives of new factions from across Teyvat intertwine with established powers. Furthermore, the booth provides a sneak peek into the upcoming massive version update.

The trailer, debuted exclusively at Gamescom 2025, showcases 'Mualani', a 'Shadow of the Lantern' introduced in Natlan, bravely facing the 'Abyssal Hunt'. Visitors to the booth can even participate in an interactive challenge to help Mualani fend off these encroaching threats.

Beyond the gameplay, the booth is packed with festivities including cosplay stages, live band performances, and a collection of the latest merchandise.
