The Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) is currently accepting applications from schools to participate in the 'School eSports Tour', an initiative designed to support campus eSports clubs. Applications are open until Friday, October 31.

The 'School eSports Tour' aims to foster eSports activities on campus while providing opportunities for career exploration. For schools lacking the necessary infrastructure, KeSPA dispatches professional instructors and provides equipment to support the hosting of local tournaments.

Participating students are encouraged to hone their strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and rapid decision-making through team activities, which also have a positive impact on building peer relationships and social skills.

The program spans two weeks and includes student training, online qualifiers, offline finals, and content production. During the first week, students receive training in planning, operations, broadcasting, and commentary, which they then use to organize the online qualifiers themselves. In the second week, KeSPA installs eSports equipment at the school to host the offline finals. The tournament titles include League of Legends and FC Online, with Valorant available upon request.

Outstanding schools will be awarded eSports equipment after the tournament concludes. Based on student and faculty satisfaction and separate evaluation criteria, KeSPA will select three schools to receive 11 sets of eSports equipment each, including gaming PCs, monitors, keyboards, mice, and headsets.

Applications for the 'School eSports Tour' are open to middle and high schools nationwide until Friday, October 31. A total of 30 schools will be selected, and applications must be submitted at the institutional level. Registration can be completed via the School eSports website or by emailing the Korea e-Sports Association at plan.league@e-sports.or.kr.
