Smilegate rolled out a massive update for their MMORPG 'Lord Nine' on the 24th, introducing Territory Occupation War, new abilities, and a special Chuseok holiday event. Alongside this, a new server named 'Galbana' is also scheduled to open.

The new server, Galbana, is set to open on the 26th. It aims to move away from growth driven by paid currency, focusing instead on player strategy and time investment. To achieve this, the Galbana server will exclude permanent summons for Mythic-grade 'Avatars' and 'Artifacts' and implement a PvP penalty system to reduce indiscriminate PK. To mark the new server launch, attendance and mission events will offer players up to 330 summon tickets for both Avatars and Artifacts.

Furthermore, the Territory Occupation War has been added as a new competitive feature. This large-scale PvP mode allows guilds to compete for control over four tiers of bases. Victorious guilds gain entry to exclusive occupation dungeons where they can be the first to obtain Mythic-grade accessories, alongside rewards such as exclusive honorary titles, skins, artisan promotion books, and radiant life cores.

Twelve new abilities have also been added. These can be obtained through various methods, including boss drops and alchemy. These new abilities also introduce four new hidden classes.

In addition, various events have begun to celebrate Chuseok. Players can obtain Avatar and Artifact summon tickets, as well as Shining Promotion Book boxes, through attendance and special holiday shop events. Furthermore, the new 'Flawless Loyalty Bellamy' avatar skin and the 'Strawberry' mount have been released, and past skins are being re-released to commemorate both Chuseok and the opening of the new Galbana server.
