For those of you feeling like your progress has hit a brick wall, a new 'Rune' system has arrived to give you a boost.

Webzen announced on the 24th that they have rolled out a content update for their idle RPG, 'MU: Pocket Knights'. As of the 23rd, players can now utilize 'Runes'—items designed to grant bonus stats. By socketing the right Rune into the corresponding gear, you can unlock a variety of options. You can obtain 'Rune Boxes' through exploration, and the further you progress through the subjugation stages, the higher the tier of the box you will receive.

Along with the Runes, the developer has expanded existing subjugation stages and dungeon content. 30 new chapters have been added to the original 60, and hitting specific milestones in these stages is how you unlock the new 'Rune' system.

Furthermore, the dungeon roster—including Blood Castle, Devil's Square, and Labyrinth of Dimension—has been expanded with 30 new stages each, and the Abyss Dungeon, where you can acquire accessories, has received 20 additional stages.

In addition, new potential stats for the MU Knights have been added, along with new gear and costumes to significantly boost your combat power.

Meanwhile, Webzen is hosting a Halloween event in MU: Pocket Knights. You can earn event items such as 'Halloween Candy' and 'Halloween Pumpkins' through exploration. These items can be exchanged for various rewards, including Diamonds, Jewels of Bless, and Dungeon Sweep Tickets.
