The Korea e-Sports Association (KeSPA) signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Mirae Industry Science High School on the 1st to cultivate next-generation digital content talent.

This agreement was established to foster the convergent competencies required of future talent in the rapidly changing digital industry and to build a sustainable educational ecosystem that connects school education with industrial sites. The signing ceremony was held at Mirae Industry Science High School in Nowon-gu, Seoul, on the 1st, with KeSPA President Kim Young-man, Chairman Lee Hong-sik, and other officials from both organizations in attendance.

Through this agreement, the two organizations will promote: ▲Providing future-oriented career exploration opportunities for students, ▲Creating a 'meta-campus' style training environment by linking school facilities with industry resources, ▲Serving as a local e-sports hub to connect youth culture with the industry, and ▲Launching international exchange projects to promote e-sports as a global brand.

KeSPA President Kim Young-man stated, "This partnership will serve as a crucial stepping stone for KeSPA and Mirae Industry Science High School to foster next-generation digital talent." He added, "Through this, we will strengthen students' career competencies and enhance the essential value of education, and we will continue to contribute to regional educational development and the construction of a future educational ecosystem through ongoing cooperation with industrial and professional institutions."
