Steam has released its year-end summary, showcasing everything from the year's top-selling hits to the most popular demos in one place.

Valve officially unveiled its 'Best of 2025' page on the 29th, highlighting the titles that garnered the most attention this year. The list covers full games, software, demos, and DLC across seven distinct categories. They have sorted these into Platinum (1st-12th), Gold (13th-24th), Silver (25th-50th), and Bronze (51st-100th) tiers, with the order within each rank randomized.

Starting with the Platinum tier for top-grossing new releases based on revenue as of December 15, the list includes 'The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered', 'Elden Ring: Shadow of the Erdtree', 'ARC Raiders', 'Hollow Knight: Silksong', 'Battlefield 6', 'Sid Meier's Civilization VII', 'Monster Hunter Wilds', 'EA Sports FC 26', 'Schedule 1', 'Borderlands 4', 'Dune: Awakening', and 'Kingdom Come: Deliverance II'.

As for Korean titles, 'Stellar Blade', which launched on Steam in June, and the early access title 'inZOI' both secured spots in the Gold tier. Nexon's 'The First Berserker: Khazan' settled into the Silver tier, while Neowiz's 'Shape of Dreams' and 'Lies of P: Prelude', along with Netmarble's 'Solo Leveling: Arise Overdrive', made the Bronze cut. This data is set for a final update on January 15.

When looking at top-grossing games regardless of release year, the data captured as of December 1 shows the Platinum tier includes 'ARC Raiders', 'Battlefield 6', 'Schedule 1', 'Monster Hunter Wilds', and 'Kingdom Come: Deliverance II'. Additionally, free-to-play titles such as 'Dota 2', 'Counter-Strike 2', 'PUBG', 'Apex Legends', 'Marvel Rivals', and 'Call of Duty' also claimed their spots. The final annual tally for this category is expected on January 1.

For the most played games based on concurrent player counts, the Platinum tier includes 'Peak', 'Apex Legends', 'PUBG', 'Dota 2', 'Marvel Rivals', 'Left 4 Dead 2', 'GTA V Legacy', 'Delta Force', 'Repo', 'Terraria', 'Counter-Strike 2', and 'Stardew Valley'. 'ARC Raiders', despite its consistent presence on the daily top concurrent players list, sits in the Silver tier due to its October 30 release date.

Meanwhile, Valve also highlighted other categories, including the most played Steam Deck games, controller-heavy hits, VR experiences, and the most played demos of the year.
