Wargaming has officially kicked off the early access phase for the new European battleship line with the launch of the 15.0 update for World of Warships.

The lineup is a fleet of seven ships, including Yavuz Sultan Selim, Tegetthoff, Laudon, Chios, Enigheten, Gustav den Store, and Thor. These vessels are kitted out with long-range, high-damage torpedoes that only get punchier as you climb the tiers. From tier 5 onwards, you can deploy the Emergency Engine Power consumable, giving you that speed boost to line up a torpedo run or beat a hasty retreat. Furthermore, in a series first, tier 8 ships and above will have access to the Surveillance Radar consumable.

To celebrate the arrival of these European battleships, an event pass is live, packed with European-themed rewards and two new battleships. By progressing through the two reward tracks, you can snag new ships, camouflages, and the 'Honour, Integrity, Virtue' collection containers. This 60-item collection is a historical deep-dive into Australian Vice Admiral John Augustine Collins; complete it, and you'll recruit the man himself as a commander.

If you participate in the 'Resource Collection' event, you can earn Surcouf, a surface-combat specialist submarine. This tier 10 French submarine boasts four bow torpedo tubes and two triple stern tubes, topped off with a twin 203mm turret—the largest naval guns ever mounted on a submarine. With access to Main Battery Reload Booster and Spotting Aircraft, this boat is meant for surface skirmishes. Use the dive mechanic sparingly, mostly for tactical repositioning or slipping away when things get too hot.

Wargaming has teamed up with YouTuber martincitopants to bring you Captain Mart and a bespoke permanent camouflage. You can grab these via codes dropped on the official portal and social media channels. Alternatively, if you have a stash of Community Tokens, you can pick up a bundle containing the whole collaboration package or just the camouflage from the Armory.

Looking ahead to the new year, the 2026 Naval Museum Atlas wall calendar is now available. Produced in collaboration with iconic American museums, it’s available via the merchandise shop.
