The animation powerhouse ufotable has raised expectations by unveiling a slate of new projects.

On the 21st, ufotable released their latest promotional trailer via their official YouTube channel. In addition to their flagship series, Demon Slayer, the studio announced animation projects for the well-known visual novel 'Witch on the Holy Night' and HoYoverse’s hit title, 'Genshin Impact.'

First, 'Witch on the Holy Night,' slated for 2026, is one of TYPE-MOON's representative visual novels. This work, revealed as a theatrical animation, has maintained a loyal fanbase for a long time due to its deep narrative and delicate character portrayals. More detailed information is expected to be released this spring, heightening anticipation among fans who have been waiting for news on the Witch on the Holy Night animation.

An animation project for HoYoverse’s representative title 'Genshin Impact,' which holds significant weight in the subculture scene, was also unveiled. This project, a collaboration between developer HoYoverse and ufotable, is raising expectations on how the vast world-building and diverse characters will be expanded into a feature-length animation. Details on how the story of Genshin Impact, which has been consistently expanding since its 2020 launch, will be depicted are expected to be revealed in the future.

Meanwhile, ufotable also teased new Demon Slayer animation and announced that more detailed information regarding the 30th-anniversary animation of the Tales of series will be released on April 3rd.
