Wemade Max announced on the 5th that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Seoul Digitech High School to operate a talent development program for specialized vocational high schools. Through this agreement, both institutions will cooperate to foster talent for the game and digital content industries.

This MOU was initiated to support the stable operation of specialized vocational high schools and to systematically cultivate regional industrial talent required by the game and digital content sectors. Both parties emphasized the realization of customized education that reflects industry demands.

The two sides will jointly design concrete educational project implementation plans, including industry-academia fusion education plans and job-linking programs, to provide customized education reflecting industry needs. Based on this, they plan to build a field-oriented talent cultivation system.

In addition, they will establish industry-academia cooperation governance for the stable operation of the educational model and cooperate in providing tangible and intangible infrastructure support necessary for education. Furthermore, they will establish a performance management and agreement implementation system to jointly monitor overall operations, ensuring that the cooperative project leads to tangible results. The goal is to build a sustainable talent cultivation system that organically connects school education with the industrial field.

Wemade Max stated that it plans to continue talent cultivation activities that consider both the growth of the future generation and the development of the industrial ecosystem.
