Nexon announced on the 22nd that it will host the eLigue 1 Korea Tour. The eLigue 1 Korea Tour serves as the official Korean qualifier for the 'FC PRO Mobile World Championship,' the top-tier global tournament for FC Mobile, developed by Electronic Arts (EA). The tournament is held in partnership with the French professional football league, Ligue 1 McDonald's.

The Korean qualifiers, featuring a total prize pool of 7,000,000 KRW, will be held in a hybrid online-offline format from July 23rd to September 19th. The online preliminaries will take place in the in-game Authentic Challenge mode starting after the regular maintenance on July 23rd until August 19th. A total of eight players, two selected each week, will advance to the offline finals, and all participants in the qualifiers will receive in-game rewards.

The offline finals will be held on September 5th at the AfreecaTV FreecUp Studio with a live audience. The finals will feature a mix of group stages and knockout brackets to determine the final two players. The winner will receive 3,000,000 KRW, and the runner-up will receive 2,000,000 KRW. Additionally, the top three finishers will be provided with a trip to Paris, including VIP tickets to a local football match and stadium tour, as well as round-trip airfare and accommodation.

The final two players who pass the finals will compete against the top two players from the 2026 Korea e-Sports League at the same venue on September 19th. Through a final four double-elimination format, the two ultimate winners will represent South Korea at the FC PRO Mobile World Championship held this October to compete against players from around the world.
