Laplace: Ultimate Hero arrives as a new Burst 3 dealer with the Wind Code, a welcome addition for those short on main dealers. As of July 24, the consensus is: 'Wait and see.' Without her partner Maxwell, it’s hard to judge her full potential, and since she’s a permanent addition to the pool, there’s no rush to burn resources. That said, she’s certainly no slouch. Are these new Treasured Items any good?

Upon stacking her 'Preheating' buff five times, her weapon shifts to a Machine Gun type with 'Pierce' enabled. However, be warned: this weapon cannot be reloaded and ignores 'Bullet Recharge' effects.

Her 'Over Energy' skill increases her max HP and allows for four stages of escalation. This effect directly influences the bonus damage of her Burst skill, 'Regenerative Power Utilization Weapon: Mjölnir.'
