Jonathan Rogers, the lead developer of Path of Exile 2, which officially launches on December 12, is heading to Busan this November to meet South Korean gamers.

Kakao Games is running a recruitment period from October 13 to October 19 for the Path of Exile 2 General Director Jonathan Rogers South Korea visit showcase. The showcase takes place on November 19 at the Homers Hotel in Gwangalli, Busan, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, inviting 70 local users who purchased the Path of Exile 2 Early Access supporter pack series. The Early Access packs are on sale until October 19, and purchasers must also separately complete an application to be included in the lucky draw.

Attendees can meet General Director Jonathan Rogers in person at the venue to chat about Path of Exile 2. Plus, exclusive merchandise related to Path of Exile 2 awaits those joining the event.

Path of Exile 2 kicked off its early access phase in November 2024 and transitions to an official launch on December 12. Throughout the early access period, Grinding Gear Games continuously rolled out updates by gathering player feedback on balance, item economies, and endgame content. While early access requires purchasing a supporter pack, the business model shifts to free-to-play upon the official release.

On November 7 and 8, ExileCon 2026, hosted by Grinding Gear Games, takes place. Major details regarding the official launch of Path of Exile 2 will be revealed, and visitors can also get hands-on time with new content like the 'Duelist' class unveiled at Gamescom this year.
