Joycity announced on the 6th that it is expanding the service platform for its upcoming football game, Freestyle Football 2, developed by its subsidiary Ure, to include PC. A second closed beta test specifically for the PC platform will be held soon. The newly added PC platforms are Steam and Xbox on PC.

Following the first console test, Joycity decided to introduce a PC version to allow more players worldwide to experience the unique fun of Freestyle Football 2. The second closed beta test will be conducted exclusively on PC, aimed at intensively verifying the optimization and gameplay in the newly established PC environment.

Test participants can enjoy the immersion of controlling a single character and the strategic depth of 5v5 team play, which were well-received in the first closed beta, in the PC environment. Additionally, the hybrid football system, which creates variables in match outcomes by combining a character's unique skills and physical attributes, will be provided with more precise controls.

Joycity has incorporated feedback from global users collected through its official Discord and surveys during the previous test into this second build. The company plans to present a more comfortable play environment by raising the overall completeness of the game, including adjustments to match balance and a comprehensive improvement of the UI/UX.

Ure CEO Kim Myung-soo stated, "We are happy to meet users around the world in more diverse environments through the expansion of the PC platform," adding, "We will do our best to verify optimization and enhance the completeness of the game through the upcoming second CBT."

Meanwhile, Freestyle Football 2 is a next-generation football game being produced by the original development team of the online sports game Freestyle series. The production team highlights the combination of realistic graphics and the lighthearted fun of arcade games as its key strength.
