Neople was recognized for its achievements in regional job creation and settlement support, the practice of work-life balance, and the expansion of youth employment.

Neople has operated various support measures to help talent in the Jeju region, where the headquarters is located, settle down stably. The company has provided housing and airfare support for employees from other regions and promoted the settlement in the local community by activating internal club activities. In last August, the company conducted focused recruitment targeting the Jeju headquarters, contributing to the inflow of a high-quality economically active population.

Efforts to improve the working environment have also continued.
