The shortlist for the Korea Game Awards, set to take place this November, has been revealed.

The Korea Association of Game Industry announced the 2025 Korea Game Awards nominees on the 20th and opened public voting. Eight titles have been nominated for the grand prize: Legend of Ymir, Mabinogi Mobile, Vampir, Seven Knights Re:BIRTH, The First Berserker: Khazan, Who's at the Door, Lies of P: Prelude, and RF Online Next. Voters can select up to three titles.

Additionally, five titles are competing for the Popular Game Award: Seven Knights Re:BIRTH, Shape of Dreams, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, The First Berserker: Khazan, and Lies of P: Prelude. The Popular Voice Actor Award will be decided by a yes-or-no vote regarding voice actor Lee Jae-hyun for her work in The First Berserker: Khazan.

Meanwhile, this year's awards will feature an improved scoring system to address criticisms from last year. The weight of public votes has been increased from 20% to 25%, and the scoring method has been updated to multiply rank scores by ratio scores rather than using the previous relative 'pie-sharing' evaluation, aiming to increase the actual impact of public votes.

Online voting is open until November 10th, and any South Korean citizen can participate via the official website.
