Busan Metropolitan City and the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency will host the '2025 BRENA Best Player General Division Finals' at the Busan e-sports Arena (BRENA) on December 14.

Following the series of competitions for youth, university students, and office workers held throughout the year, this year-end finale brings together amateur gamers from across the country. The event features three titles: League of Legends, Overwatch 2, and the AR game 'DIDIM'.

Selected as a local game title, DIDIM is an immersive AR-based experience. It is characterized by competition through physical activity, and winners will receive prizes such as an iPhone 17 and AirPods Max.

Kim Tae-yeol, President of the Busan IT Industry Promotion Agency, stated, "Through the amateur e-sports tournaments held at BRENA, we are continuously expanding the foundation for anyone to easily enjoy e-sports." He added, "We hope that the selection of DIDIM as a local game title will add to the excitement of the tournament, and that the special prizes will not only increase participant engagement but also help raise awareness for local game companies."

Participants can register via the official BRENA website until December 2. The online qualifiers will be held on December 6 and 7 in a single-match tournament format.

For DIDIM, separate from other titles, participants can register and record their scores on dedicated hardware installed at the BRENA Yellow Space until December 10. The top 16 players will compete in the offline finals on December 14.

The final matches will take place at BRENA on December 14 and are open to the public. All matches will be broadcast live on the official BRENA YouTube channel.
